Because The Life Letters is a subscription service involving printing, preparation, and mailing costs:
Monthly Memberships
Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.
You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
Annual Memberships
Annual memberships may be canceled before renewal.
Refund requests for annual memberships will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within the first 30 days of purchase.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If a letter arrives damaged or is not received, contact us within 30 days and we will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement.
