Letter No. 1
Most People Are More Tired Than They Realize
Most people are more tired than they realize.
Not just physically tired—but mentally tired. Emotionally tired. Spiritually tired.
We live in a world that never stops moving. Every day there's something else demanding our attention. Another notification. Another opinion. Another reason to keep staring at a screen a little longer than we planned.
And somewhere along the way, many of us forgot what it feels like to truly rest.
Not the kind of rest where you sit on the couch while still checking emails and scrolling your phone. I mean real rest. Quiet mornings. Long conversations. Time outside. Sitting still long enough to hear yourself think again.
Some of the best moments in life don't happen when we're rushing.
They happen when we slow down enough to notice them.
A sunrise over a lake before anybody else is awake. Coffee on the porch while the world is still quiet. A long drive with no real destination. Listening to someone tell a story without constantly checking the time.
Those moments still matter.
Maybe more now than ever.
I think that's part of why people are searching so hard for "more." More money. More success. More productivity. More hacks. More systems.
But sometimes what we really need isn't more.
Sometimes we just need less noise.
Less pressure to keep up.
Less comparison.
Less distraction.
And maybe a little more time outside.
A little more laughter around the table.
A little more room to breathe.
Life moves fast enough on its own.
We don't always have to help it rush by faster.
